MGM Resorts announced today that ventriloquist, singer and comedian Terry Fator, who has headlined the Mirage for more than a decade, will hit the Las Vegas stage next week with a limited engagement on his new show Who’s the Dummy Now Strip will return? “at the New York-New York Hotel and Casino.

A few days ago, MGM and Cirque du Soleil announced the final closure of the 17-year-old New York production “Zumanity,” which was staged in the same theater.
“The opportunity to reopen Terry’s new show at the New York-New York Theater is another important step in bringing entertainment back to Las Vegas,” said George Kliavkoff, president of entertainment and sports at MGM Resorts. “We have had a great partnership with Terry for more than a decade and we are so excited that fans will again have the opportunity to enjoy his show.”
Fator performed in Las Vegas in 2008 after winning the second season of NBC’s America’s Got Talent. Last spring, he was looking for a new home in Vegas for his show after he decided to part ways with the Mirage.
“I couldn’t be more excited to get back on stage in New York-New York with my old friends at MGM Resorts,” said Fator. “I’m happiest on stage, in front of an audience. I can’t wait to have the opportunity to make people smile, especially at such a challenging time. “
